Volunteers provide post practice protein shake, protein bars and hot meals for our student-athletes, helping fuel their performance while showing strong community support — ensuring players are properly nourished before early morning workouts, practices, and game days.

Concession stands are one of the biggest fundraisers for our Booster Club. Every shift you work directly helps fund equipment, player meals, training needs, team events, and more for our student-athletes across football, basketball, soccer, and baseball.

- Fall (Home Games) — 2 regular season games
- Football Championship Game — mid-December at McKinney Stadium, if our team advances
- Winter Sports — 2 home basketball games

Total commitment: most volunteers only sign up for 1–2 shifts per season. We use SignUpGenius to make volunteering easy and flexible — sign-up links will be posted here as soon as the schedule is finalized (early August 2026).

Moms & Lockers
This 2026 season the Varsity Moms & Lockers program gets a fresh look. The evening before the Varsity games, moms deliver small gift bags & baskets plus a special note for their son's locker. Three big celebratory decorating events highlight the season.

How It Works — Most Weeks
Find the locker number
Ask your son — it's the black bolted number at the top of his locker. Numbers can change, so double check each week.
Drop off 6:00–7:00 PM
A come-and-go window in the varsity locker room, the evening before most games. Weekly themes are posted, but good ol' Bronco Red always works.
Park & enter
Sub-varsity games often run at the same time — you may need to park in student parking and walk up. Enter through the athletic office, 2nd door on the right.
Gather ~6:30 PM
We come together in the center of the locker room with their jerseys to pray over the team and the program.
No Bronco Left Behind
No Bronco Left Behind
To make sure every player has something in his locker on game day, we collect donations for players whose moms can't make it that week. Even if you're attending, we encourage writing a note for 2–3 additional players — the boys look forward to the extra love as much as the snacks.
